We’re enabling a closed-loop battery economy for a net-zero future

Preparing for a battery boom

As the world transitions from gas powered vehicles to electric vehicles as a way of curbing greenhouse gas emissions and achieving net-zero, the number of lithium-ion batteries in circulation has exploded. This will result in an estimated 1.6 million tonnes of recyclable battery and related scrap material by 2030 once the batteries have started to reach their end-of-life.

Bridging the gap

In order to truly achieve our emission targets for transportation, we need to reduce our reliance on mining and raw material extraction and ensure sustainable end-of-life management of all electric vehicles. However, North America currently lacks the required infrastructure to achieve this.

Our mission is to bridge this gap with cutting-edge hydrometallurgical recycling. By recovering up to 98% of valuable metals from spent batteries and converting them into ready-to-use raw materials, we offer an affordable, domestic, and sustainable source for new battery production.

Our team is dedicated to building a future we can all be proud of.
